How can I unsubscribe from Ask.com email announcements?

There are two ways to unsubscribe. The first is easy! At the bottom of each email from Ask.com, you'll find an "unsubscribe" link. Click it, answer a couple of basic questions to confirm your intent, and you'll then be opted out of all Ask.com emails.

The second way is via the Settings for your Ask.com Community account. After logging in to the web site, click Settings in the upper right corner; just below your email address is a checkbox. Uncheck it, save your changes and you'll be unsubscribed from our emails.

Mobile app users need to complete these changes via a web browser or directly from the email, as there is no in-app mechanism to unsubscribe.

Note: unsubscribing from Ask.com emails means that you'll also no longer receive the password reset email. So if you should need it, contact us to be temporarily resubscribed to that particular email function.
